Our team of experts will contact you via text or phone call as they are en route to your location. While we strive for punctuality, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding a potential one-hour appointment window (e.g., a 10:30 AM appointment may have an arrival time as late as 11:30 AM). If our specialists are ahead of schedule, you will receive advance notification.
In the event of adverse weather conditions—such as rain, lightning, thunderstorms, or natural disasters—our specialists may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please note that appointments rescheduled due to inclement weather are exempt from our standard cancellation policy.
The estimated price provided by our Call Center may vary based on a comprehensive inspection before service commencement. This estimate may include additional services and will be discussed with you prior to starting the work. The budget is finalized when you provide your Approval Signature, and the total amount will be reflected in the Completed Detail Total.
Our specialists are equipped to process payments on-site once your service is completed. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. While gratuity is appreciated, cash payments are also accepted. However, for the safety of our specialists, cash is not the preferred method.

For appointments involving multiple vehicles, we kindly request that all vehicles be made available for simultaneous servicing.
We may use photos or videos captured during the service to promote SmartPits. We assure you that any sensitive information, such as house numbers, license plates, and street names, will remain confidential.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment once the service order is confirmed. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a non-negotiable fee of $70.
Given the nature of our services, we interact with nearly every aspect of your vehicle. We carry comprehensive insurance to cover any potential liability or damage and are committed to effective resolution through mediation. If an item is damaged or broken, we reserve the right to either repair or replace it. Any pre-existing damage will be documented.

Before the service starts, our detailer will inspect your vehicle using the “Car Inspection & Estimate Form.” By signing this form, you acknowledge any damages marked as pre-existing and relieve SmartPits of liability for those issues.
